The Isles Of Scilly are on a lot of bucket-list experiences, and on this tour we will enjoy a day on St. Mary’s, the largest of the isles. You will have time to explore the churches & galleries around the central hub, Hugh Town, as well as the charming cafes & pubs. Take a stroll along the beach to admire the fabulous scenery or explore the quay, before we catch the ferry back.

(This excursion requires an early departure & late return to the hotel.)

We will have a free day in Falmouth to relax after our trip. After a lazy morning enjoying the views from our hotel, you might like to visit the National Maritime Museum and Pendennis Castle, or you could simply stroll around the harbour, beaches & shops. St Mawes is only a short boat ride away, so why not take a trip across the bay to enjoy this piece of paradise on the Roseland Peninsula.

Our next day out will be more leisurely. We begin with a visit to Trebah Garden, a sub-tropical garden paradise with a private beach at the bottom. This magnificent 26 acre ravine garden features a rich collection of rare and exotic plants, trees and shrubs. We continue on to  the Lizard peninsula , the southernmost point of Cornwall. The coach can’t access the carpark, but it’s a 20 minute walk from the pub, cafes and shops in the village for those with the energy and motivation, with cameras at the ready! There’s plenty of refreshments available, including the famous Roskilly’s ice-cream, for those who want a rest.
